It will also determine if they were willingly or involuntarily given.According to the Magistrate, Prosecutor Nigel Hughes had led evidence that Millington made a verbal statement to police on July 16, 2015 at Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Eve Leary. The statement was read aloud in court by the Magistrate. But Millington denied ever doing so.The Magistrate then told Millington that the police are also alleging that he gave a caution statement and signed to it. However, Millington who is the number two defendant claimed that he was forced to sign the statement.
