Mohammed Khan walked out of the Vreed-en-Hoop Magistrate’s Court a free man yesterday after paying $40,Jerseys NFL China,000 in fines for two charges. The Magistrate also noted that with the relevant evidence the man could have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.And since the investigating officer failed to appear in court to bring evidence against Khan,Wholesale Jerseys China, the truck driver was ordered to pay the fines before being allowed his freedom. According to the Magistrate, if Khan had not pleaded guilty he would have dismissed the charges against him.However, Police Prosecutor Sherwin Matthews, informed this newspaper yesterday that the Police is currently seeking the advice of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) on the matter.He added that there is a likelihood that Khan could still be charged for causing death by dangerous driving based on the advice of the DPP.
