By Abena Rockcliffe Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Anil Nandlall, during his contribution to the budget debates, made quite an interesting analogy to explain the opposition’s quest to cut Budget 2013. They are putting us in a state of anti-development when they cut the budget.
