However, according to him, the situation is back to normal. He explained that the residents in the area are accustomed to a water schedule that has been in place for quite awhile and they know when to expect water.The CEO however could not explain the situation where the canter would go into the compound of the water station and fill water tanks. He said that this is not usually allowed to happen, unless it is an emergency.
