Principal Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle yesterday remanded a man to prison after he reportedly broke out of the Kitty Police Station on two occasions.The accused, 18-year-old Bernard Sam, was charged with two counts of escaping from lawful custody.It is alleged that on March 29,Wholesale Jerseys, while being held for a criminal offence,Cheap Jerseys Wholesale, he escaped from lawful custody.It is also alleged that on April 16, while being held by the police for another criminal offence,Wholesale China Jerseys, he escaped again. To both charges the accused pleaded not guilty.He was represented by defence attorney,NFL Jerseys Cheap, Mohammed Zafar, who told the court that his client is a first time offender and if granted bail he will return to court.However, contrary to this,China Jerseys Cheap, Police Prosecutor Sherwin Matthews pointed out to the court that the accused currently has two other simple larceny matters in the court.Matthews further informed the court that on the first occasion when the accused was being detained at the Kitty Police Station he picked the lock and escaped. On the second occasion,CHeap NFL Jerseys China, he broke the roof of the police station and escaped, the prosecutor added.The prosecutor also pointed out that the accused is also on a bond to keep the peace for a 12-month period.He will make his next court appearance on May 21.
