The hit 2004 Bollywood movie ‘Phir Milenge’, which portrays a woman’s struggle against discrimination because of her HIV-positive status, is being adapted to stage by the relatively new Performing Arts Association of Guyana.The movie, directed by South Indian actress,Cheap Jerseys, Revathi, received good reviews, although it did not fare well at the box office.The members of the Association decided to the stage a play based on the movie in efforts to raise funds to continue a series of performing arts workshops it has been having across the country.According to Nazia Persaud, who plays the role of Tamanna Sahni, a top performing staff member of an advertising firm fired because of her HIV status,Stitched NFL Jerseys, said members of the Association benefitted from training during the Caribbean Festival of Arts last year.As a result of that training, they have been training others in drama, dance and other art forms.
