Following the shooting incident on Saturday morning at a bar in Kitty, one man has been charged with disorderly behaviour. He also saw a male with a gun over one of the men about to kick him.Waldron claimed that his client only demanded that the police take the two men to the hospital when they alleged that he was behaving disorderly. He added that the men remained lying in the blood for about 30 minutes until he contacted the Alberttown Police Station.Waldron said that the men were then taken to Georgetown Public Hospital where one was pronounced dead and the other admitted to the High Dependency Unit of the hospital. He said his client was arrested and detained with no allegation made against him but was placed on $10,000 station bail on Monday.Police prosecutor Alexis David-Hossanah said that on the night in question, Assistant Superintendent Dwight Cambridge shot two males in Kitty. She said that D’Abreu came up afterwards and began to behave disorderly towards ASP Cambridge. She added that he was arrested and is now charged with the present offence.Waldron then contended that ASP Cambridge who was involved in the incident was not present but will be appearing before the court later probably to answer to? murder and attempted murder charges.Magistrate Robertson then granted the accused his bail. He is to return to court on January 20.
