The two were accused of killing Clarke on September 5,Jerseys From China, 2009.The presiding magistrate was Sueanna Lovell and Police Prosecutor Neville Jeffers presented the case for the state.The case for the Prosecution is that Wilson and the victim were involved in an argument about a bicycle when the latter was stabbed several times after Marshall helped beat him.The post mortem examination which was tendered during the PI showed that Clarke died due to perforation of the heart.This piece of evidence showed that the state had enough evidence to commit Wilson to the High Court, but not enough for Marshall.Wilson’s matter is expected to come up at the next sitting of the Demerara Assizes.
